By using AgriHerd, you confirm that you are authorised to use the platform on behalf of yourself, your farm, company or organisation. You agree to follow these Terms and any applicable laws.
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd may offer a free trial of the AgriHerd software to new users. The trial allows users to test the platform before subscribing. When the trial expires, access to certain features may be limited until a paid subscription is activated.
The AgriHerd software is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription pricing may depend on the selected number of herds, animal limits and any additional features or services.
AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd may process subscription payments through PayFast or another approved payment provider. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s own terms, security practices and availability.
A subscription may only be activated or extended once payment confirmation has been received and processed successfully.
Subscription cancellations, recurring billing and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If a payment is cancelled, declined or fails, the related subscription may remain inactive or may expire. AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd may send payment reminders or failure notifications. Users may contact AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd for assistance with subscription or billing issues.
Data entered into AgriHerd remains associated with the relevant user, company, farm, herd and animal records. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.
The AgriHerd software aims to provide reliable tools for livestock management, but users remain responsible for farm decisions, animal health decisions, veterinary advice and legal compliance.
Users agree not to misuse AgriHerd or interfere with the platform’s operation.
AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd aims to provide reliable access to the AgriHerd software, but access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, hosting issues, updates, technical faults or events outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd may update, improve, add, remove or change AgriHerd features over time. Some features may be released gradually or may require an active subscription.
The AgriHerd name, branding, software, design, code, content and related materials are owned by AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd or its authorised licensors. Users may not copy, resell, reproduce or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission.
The AgriHerd platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting, email providers, analytics services or Google tools. AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party providers.

AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect data entry, farm management decisions, veterinary decisions, business losses, lost profits, animal losses or unavailable service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The AgriHerd software does not provide veterinary, medical, financial, tax or legal advice. Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these Terms, fails to pay subscription fees, misuses the platform or creates a security risk.
